Distribution & Logistics

SEERS Medical offer a variety of logistical solutions for our worldwide customer base. 

For our customers in the UK mainland, SEERS have a fleet of delivery vehicles ranging from small service vans to our 7.5T truck. This allows SEERS to cater for all sizes of orders whilst ensuring vehicles are fully loaded to maximise efficacy of delivery runs. All deliveries of couches and patient trolleys are delivered with our own delivery personnel, who are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. This allows us to ensure complete customer satisfaction from enquiry to delivery. Products can be installed and packaging removed for no extra cost, but please state if this is required at the point of order. 

Our delivery staff can also handle deliveries up a flight of stairs, although as standard our deliveries are made by a single driver, so please advise this to our customer service team at point of enquiry.

Smaller consignments, such as upholstery sections and spare parts, are dispatched via a well-known courier on an overnight service, to ensure goods are delivered quickly so couches can be repaired and put back into use with minimal downtime.

With products sold to more than 90 countries around the world, our export packaging is imperative to the safe arrival of goods overseas. Pallets are treated in accordance to ISPM 15, and all materials used for packaging are recyclable. Depending on varying customer requirements, SEERS are able to arrange freight on behalf of customers, working closely with selected & reputable freight forwarders. Orders can also be placed on an ex works basis, meaning customers arrange their own freight forwarder to collect pallet(s) from our warehouse in Suffolk, UK.

Customers in Europe wishing to import goods from the UK will require an EORI Number, so please provide this if you wish for us to arrange freight on your behalf.
