1. Introduction
SEERS Medical Limited (referred to as “We, “Our” or “Us”),
is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal
information. We take care to protect the privacy of our customers and users of
our products that communicate (online or offline) with us, at events, over the
phone, or through our websites and social media platforms.
We have developed this privacy policy to inform you of the
data we collect, what we do with your information, what we do to keep it secure
as well as the rights and choices you have over your personal information.
Throughout this document we refer to Data Protection

2. The information we collect and when
We only collect personal information that we know we will genuinely use and in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. The type of personal information that we will collect on you, and you voluntarily provide to us to support the delivery of our services or on our website or forms. Such information includes:

- Email address
- Survey responses

We may, in further dealings with you, extend this personal
information to include your address, purchases, services used, and
subscriptions, records of conversations and agreements and payment transactions.

obligation to provide us with your personal information; however we require at
least the information above in order for us to deal with you as a prospect or
customer in an efficient and effective manner.

we will have stated at the point the information was initially provided,
therefore we will not store, process or transfer your data unless we have an

4. Who we might share your information with
We may share your personal data with other organisations in the following circumstances:

- We use data processors who are third parties who provide elements of services for us. We have Data Processor Agreements in place with our data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us or further sub-processors who must comply with our Data Processor Agreement. They will hold your personal data securely and retain it for the period we instruct.
5. How we keep you updated on our products and services
We will send you relevant offers and news about our products
and services in a number of ways including by email. Marketing lists (containing
names and contact details) are often purchased from Data & Marketing
Association approved data brokers. It is in the legitimate interest of SEERS
Medical Limited to use such marketing lists to promote relevant products to the
businesses sectors which are being marketed. We feel that there is no harm to
any data subject rights as these are business to business contacts and in the
event that a recipient does not want to receive further messages there is an unsubscribe
function on the bottom of any correspondence.
You may also consent to receiving our Medical Newsletter via
our website. This is an email containing the latest product development and
company news. However, should you wish no longer to receive it, you can withdraw
your consent and unsubscribe at the bottom of the email at any point in time.
